𝙐𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙪𝙥𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚 !

Like Summer Season, Winter is an ideal period for each year to explore new fragrances, try new aromas and discover new labels that can help you find what suits you best.

I find the Winter period very suitable for anyone to discover new fragrances, as I believe that there are several special scents, like Tonka, Tobacco, Wood or Leather, that can not be worn on any other season than Winter.

For example, I believe that Summer has its own preferences too.

You can see that during Spring or Summertime season, people prefer softer fragrances with lighter aromas, like Vanilla, Flowers and several fruit ones, usually peach, melon or cherry.

Every time of the year has its own rules…..

Imagine a really sunny, clear sky and hot temperature day, where someone wears a strong leather or wood

, on his way to a beach bar or a cute island café by the sea.

Someone would say that they are totally out of season and that is why in this post I will point out my personal suggestions for the ideal Winter fragrances:

• Tobacco Vanille ( Tom Ford )

I will start with a favourite all -day Winter Body Spray, which I personally wear for almost 2 years now, nothing else than the strong in smell and charming “Tobacco Vanille” of Tom Ford.

I consider it as a “Classic one” and I believe that it never gets old.

As you would have already understood, the particular fragrance consists of two strong elements, that provide charm and elegance. More specifically, the Tobacco Vanille perfume consists of two, high in intensity, tones, the one of Vanilla and the one of Tobacco.

I dare to say it is a very erotic perfume, while it provides a strong sense of confidence and self - esteem. As a result, I think that this is a very rousing and special fragrance.

I must clarify though, that it does not only come as a Body Spray but as an Eau de Parfum too.

I strongly recommend it, I find it a very good idea for a gift to a beloved one and I believe that you will not regret buying it, while it will never disappoint you!!!!

• Cypress & Grapevine ( Jo malone )

Another high in intensity and more special perfume, is the Cypress & Grapevine Cologne, by Jo Malone. This particular cologne, sustains an identity by itself, as its strong scents provide a whole new prestige.

To be more accurate, its body, consists of an intense aroma of Cypress, which makes you feel like you are in your own vineyard, surrounded by your Cypress Trees, December month.

The fragrance immediately “challenges” you to imagine yourself in this scenario, while it intrigues you to try it on.

I believe it is a fragrance absolutely for winter seasons and only, but if you choose to wear it then, you will absolutely “fit in” and enjoy it. I think it is both for men and women, while I can assure you that almost all of Jo Malone’s perfumes are Unisex.

I should also clarify that it comes a a Shower Gel too!

The price is a bit “pricy”, but you know it is “Jo Malone”!

Caftan ( YSL )

Now, let me go to something more special.... and I am not talking about a specific bottle of fragrance, I am talking about a whole series of fragrances.

I am referring to the brand new series of Yves Saint Laurent (YSL), the one and only “ The VESTIAIRE DES PARFUMS”. It is 'honoured" for its stylish, modern- shaped, bottles and its uniqueness, when it comes to their scents and ingredients that make their fragrances approach such an elegant audience.

Although, there is one fragrance that intrigued me, and that is the Caftan.

The relevant bottle, consist of high- scented elements that make the perfume a really strong and dominant one.

The most dominant scent in the Caftan, is the Frankincense, combined with Eastern Benzoin aromas, providing a charming and erotic identity to the one wearing it.

Moreover, the fragrance includes a soft taste of patchouli, belonging to the flower family, and a slight taste of green mandarin, which comes in contrast with all the other strong and intense scents.

As a result, I believe that the fragrance achieves a balance in its scents.

Because of its strong elements and its elegant bottle, the price is high, in comparison with YSL classic perfumes, but I think that is worth considering if you are in need of a more premium and strong perfume.

• Major Me ( Paco Rabanne )

Another perfume series that I suggest to my friends, especially to those who are interested in environmental - friendly materials, is the “Pacollection”, Eau de Parfum range of Paco Rabanne.

This new series of Paco Rabanne consists of 5 environmental - friendly, minimal, refillable bottles, that can fit in your pocket, enabling you to carry them all day in your jean trousers, purse or jacket.

Furthermore, the bottle includes a large “P” logo of (Paco Rabanne), its colour is Silver Chrome, shinny enough to make a strong first impression and light in weight.

Personally, I have to admit that the first think that triggered me to buy the perfume, was its bottle, the first impression that makes, as I mentioned before.

Then, there was its unique aromas.

The one I got, was the “Strong Me” , which I consider an ideal perfume for the soft and clear, Summer nights. This post though, is for the suggested Winter perfumes, so I decided to present you a more warm and erotic one.

What I would suggest therefore, is the “Major Me” perfume, consisting of an intense erotic scent of Cherry, that looks like a warm hug. Moreover, the Cherry aroma is accompanied with a slight taste of Patchouli and Oud, while the presence of Benzo is further noticed.

I think that the price is very suitable for what it offers and that is not an expensive one, for a Paco Rabanne fragrance of course....

• Colonia ( Acqua Di Parma )

Last but not least, created in 1916, the timeless and most classic perfume of Acqua Di Parma , “Colonia”, offers a sunny elegance at all seasons.

The clear scents of golden fruits: Calabrian Bergamot, Lemon and Sweet Orange, make the fragrance become alive and offer, without limitations, an excessive amount of elegance and taste to the ‘lucky one’ wearing it.

Furthermore, the lavender, rose and rosemary scents that harmonically coincide with one another, constitute an attractive and lovely smell, that hypnotises the people that are in the same room with the one wearing it.

Moreover, the warm, woody notes, of sandalwood, vetiver and patchouli make up the appropriate base that befits this precious and sophisticated all – day perfume.

The Colonia comes in the minimal and stylish Acqua Di Parma bottle, with Art Deco influences.

The classic white and black labels represent the one and only, most likeable character of the Eau De Cologne, while the perfume’s yellow box carries the original Acqua De Parma’s signature and “permission to enjoy”.

The Colonia bottle, comes in 20ml , 50ml, 100ml, 180ml, while its uniqueness is too wide to be limited into one or two bottles.

Because of its reputation and elegance, the Colonia Eau de Parfum, Acqua Di Parma bottle, has its own price....

Moreover, because of the bottle's originality and uniqueness, Acqua Di Parma, decided to publish, additional to the Classic Colonia bottles, including the :

Those bottles vary with one another, regarding their intensity, further notes and ingredients, while the characteristics of the classic Colonia bottle, remain the same!!!
